Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, products must be:

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at plavoangeldesign@gmail.com. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized products.

Special wholesale orders produced or sourced specifically for the customer.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us first. The quickest way is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
For customers within the European Union, statutory consumer rights apply where applicable.
If you qualify for the EU 14-day withdrawal period, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that certain exemptions apply to customized or specially manufactured products.
Refunds
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 10 business days.

Wholesale Orders
As Plavoangel primarily supplies wholesale customers, returns for business purchases may be subject to individually agreed commercial terms.
Customers are encouraged to contact our sales team before placing large-volume orders if they have any questions regarding returns or exchanges.
